Tilda Under Mistletoe

Brrrrrr, it's freezing here and I absolutely hate being cold (I think I am at least part bear and should be hibernating the winter months away, lol).  The weather certainly thinks that it's Christmas already and I should be in full swing creating Christmas cards, and well I might be if I wasn't feeling so rotten.  I've had a really nasty tummy bug which just won't go away . . . but enough of the complaint.
As I can't bring myself to make any cards at the moment (can't believe that this is the case !!!) I will just have to be content to blog one which I made a little while back.  She is Tilda under Mistletoe and I just love her.

The background paper is from Bearly Mine Designs, a Christmas digi set which I bought on the Internet.  It was printed onto some special paper in opalescent ice white, which gives a lovely blue sheen in the light (I think that my camera picked this up).  Tilda is mounted onto another piece of the unprinted opalescent paper
put through a snow embossing folder, can't remember who this is made by.

Tilda is coloured using Copic markers (as usual)
Skin: E000; E00; E02 and R20
Hair: E53 and E57
Dress: B00 and B02
T-Shirt: E43; E31 and E47
Shoes: E43; E31 and E47

Socks: C1
Mistletoe: G21 and G93
Pretzels and Biscuits: E50; E53 and E47

I've used copious amounts of Stickles 'Crystal' and I just love the little pearl beads on her shoes . . . small pleasures, lol.
I used a Martha Stewart punch 'Floral Scroll' to decorate more of the Kanban brown/gold matting paper.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, love the little blue cherry blossom flowers especially.  The foliage is punched out of Kanban brown/gold card using a Nellie Snellen punch.  I've decorated a couple of pins with beads to make an embellishment for the small arrangement at Tilda's feet.  Much cheaper than buying them ready to use.  I stuck the beads using Ranger Glossy Accents, I really like using this stuff, it's so versatile.

The 40mm brown organza ribbon is finished using a blue heart shaped button which has been in my stash for years.
The base of the easel card is decorated with gold Paper Whispers from Mrs. Grossman's
The sentiment is a seal from Cats Life Press in America.  I really enjoy using these but have also managed to buy the new Christmas seal sentiments from Lili of the Valley which look really good but I haven't had the chance to use them yet.
I'm entering this card into the following challenges:

I would say I can't believe how stunning this card is but having seen it in the process of being made a little while ago I can believe it, yet I am always amazed by your creations. And I have to say if this card isn't a commission one I would be more than happy to be the recipient (HINT HINT) hehe.
