Weekend, thank goodness!!!

Well things have really gotten away from me at the moment and I just seem to be running just to stand still !!!
Thank goodness it is the weekend again and I have a fighting chance of catching up.

This is an easel card that I made last weekend for a little girl who was having her 1st birthday.
The DP are from a birthday pack from Papermania which was in a crafting bundle I bought for a bargain price.

I used a Martha Stewart Punch Around the Page punch set for one of the matting layers and placed little Papermania lilac gems at regular intervals around it.
I printed out a number 1 from the Internet and used it to create the digit for the front.  The sentiment was made using Scrapbook Artist on my PC.

The image is a stamp from Sugar Nellie and I coloured her using Copic markers.
I used Stickles Star Dust to glitter parts of her T-shirt and present.  I'm really proud of the colouring on the balloons . . . I watched a YouTube video which showed how to make balloons, etc look transparent.

Well off to do some more commenting on blogs which I follow and on my challenge blog - Ready-Teddy-Go - oh just a reminder that this month's challenge is "Punch It Out" (and your image must be a teddy bear or bear)  why not have a go???  The prize this month is digi images from Ladybug Crafts Ink

Thanks for visiting me,

Julie Ann, thanks so much for your sweet comments on my blog, Tickell Expressions.

Your card is fabulous. Your coloring is some of the best I have seen. And, yes, you should be proud of those balloons. I've never seen anything like it.

Your number 1, all the dimension and Olivia's name in your circle sentiment are all wonderful elements to a spectacular design.

God's blessings on your goal to have a separate workshop. I am following you now.

Blessings,
Teresa
