Challenge # 12 - Up, Up and Away at Ready Teddy Go

Morning Crafters

The 1st of July has arrived and I can barely believe it, half the year gone already!

Summer has gone AWOL though so if someone finds it, give it a ticking off and send it back home to the UK please, lol !  I can't remember a wetter June.

There's something to be cheery about though 'cos there's a new challenge over at

Ready Teddy Go Challenge

Challenge #12 - Up, Up and Away

We would like to see your makes featuring a bear with anything which can 'fly', a butterfly, a balloon, a bird, a plane . . .  you get my drift, nice and easy, any occasion, any sentiment, just as long as it features a bear.

The prize is an amazing goody bag from Meiflower, thank you Shabana for your continued generosity . . . you're a star.

I think we would all like to win this one.

There are some amazing DT inspiration cards to see over on the challenge site, HERE

Here's what I managed to make . . .

The card started as a 6"x6" white card blank.   A brown mat was put down first and then the paper from a Kim MacFarlane design set called "Bear in the Air" was placed down.

I printed the bear image out 5 times and cut out different bits and pieces to create my own decoupage.

He's so cute . . . I used some Glossy Accents on his nose to give him a nice healthy shine,  lol.

I did the same for the Little High Flyer banner and the clouds and put them all across an inked Spellbinders die cut shape [Labels 10].

A side photo to show the dimension of the sweet little bear and to show that the inside was decorated to match the front.

A few scattered diamant√© stick on gems and the card was done . . . simples, lol !!!

Please check out the challenge and have a go

Thank you for visiting
