Mo Manning - Dance Card

Hi All

The weather is rubbish here today and I had such plans for getting back into the garden.
Well those plans have been well and truly dashed by the rain ( I am very much a fair weather gardener, lol).
There is so much to do out there as it has been very neglected for the past 7 years . . . hopefully it is not yet beyond redemption.  Recently I find that life events have rekindled a love of the simplicity of being amongst plants and nature.

Anyway as an alternative,  I thought I would show you a card that I made about a year ago now . . . it features a lovely Mo Manning digital image of cute ballerinas.  I coloured them with a combination of Copic markers and Prismas.

The paper is from Craftwork Cards as far as I can remember and I cut into it by the postal mark to allow the image to be placed behind it.
As the paper was so wonderful, I didn't have to do too much else to make the card complete.
The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts (roses and sweetheart blossoms) and some of them have been enhanced with Stardust Stickles glitter glue.  A few pearl beads were glued amongst the flowers for a touch of extra bling.

A closer look at the image coloured in, probably my favourite stage of the whole process of making a finished card.  I find it so relaxing, maybe I am just a big kid!

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:

Thanks for visiting today
